Calendula Baby Massage Oil

To do the massage, choose a time of day when you and your baby are both relaxed. Sit quietly and comfortably in a room that is at the right temperature for your baby. Warm a few drops of the Gentle Massage Oil in your hands and apply to the parts of your baby's body you wish to massage.
For the legs: make circular movements around the legs, drawing circles around the joints.
On the stomach: draw a large clock and draw the movements of the hand as it turns.
On the chest: start in the middle to push the skin outwards, and work your way down to the stomach, hands on either side of the body.
The arms: clasp them between your hands and turn in circular movements, as if screwing the limbs to the trunk.
On the back: draw large 8s with your hand flat. Gently massage the trapezius.

Duration: This massage is best done in the evening or late afternoon for a few minutes. It is advisable to wait at least half an hour after feeding or bottle-feeding.
